Here we offer general guidelines for bibliographical references and citations for when none of the aforementioned systems have been stipulated.
In this section, we propose an adaptation of the APA citation format that includes the author's full name. We invite you to use this adaptation, which has been approved by the American Psychological Association, to highlight the profile of women and facilitate analysis of equality in bibliographies. We thereby contribute to achieving the major global challenges in the United Nations 2030 Agenda (goal 5) and including the gender perspective in teaching and research.
